I had a frightful whinging sound coming from my engine last Monday. On ringing Aust Mechanical I spoke with Brea in reception who was so helpful, efficient and very professional. She allocated a mechanic to look at it Wednesday morning. The fault was quickly located as a faulty frequency from a device behind the dash. Once corrected AM decided not to charge me even though they would have spent some time to do this. I really appreciate the way I was handled and for me, Aust Mech will be my go to mechanic for all repairs,..someone I can truly trust. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic mechanics, had my car in for a service and they found a few problems that where sorted in great time before we headed away for 2 months on the road would highly recommend this place for any repairs and Bree had fantastic knowledge and customer service.

Matt helped me out with the car he sold me and was an absolute genuine and lovely person to do business with. I will definitely be referring people to him if I’m ever asked!

I booked in my car because I thought I had a broken engine mount. They checked the mount and determined it was not broken and the oil came from elsewhere. They also checked all the other body and engine mounts and gave it a clean bill of health. They were well in their own right to charge me for labour but they went down the “old school” path and didn’t charge me a cent. You don’t see that these days! They showed what they were made of…..honesty and integrity! I’ll definitely be back. Many thanks to the AM Team.

I’ve been a few times now to this mechanic and every time they have gone above and beyond – I can’t recommend more. The staff are so professional and friendly. I have been quoted in the past by other mechanics for repairs I didn’t need, These guys are super honest and trustworthy. All my repairs have been very timely as well, I can’t fault them they really take pride in what they do. I will be coming back!
