Matt was really easy to deal with and was upfront and honest the best experience I've ever had buying a used car. I even dropped my other car off today to be inspected and repaired by Matt's team of professionals and was even given a courtesy vehicle. Why does it stop at 5 stars ? As always excellent customer service, very accommodating to what was needed and at very short notice. Have never had a fault with these guys in the years I have taken my cars there. Cannot recommend this place enough. Premium Service with a smile and clean, well presented shopfront and workshop. Yet still has the friendly vibe of your local mechanic. Search no further.

I can’t speak highly enough of Matt from Australian Mechanical. He came highly recommended by a friend who also had a great experience. Buying a used car is risky and can be stressful but all the stress was taken out of the experience by Australian Mechanical. My enquiry for a specific car on their website was answered within 10 minutes. 2 hours later I had traded in my old car, receiving a price significantly higher than what I had been previously offered, and Matt took care of EVERYTHING. We talked a lot throughout the process and it was clear to me that this was someone of huge integrity, who truly valued their reputation and continues to look after their buyers after the sale and into the future. Great place, very decent prices and they take the extra effort to care for your car. I had just finished moving houses and my car was dirty and had actual dirt spilt in the back seats from my plants, they were so nice and when I got the car back I realised they had fully cleaned it for me. Definitely going back next time, one of the good and kind mechanics around.

So helpful. Found out what was wrong when my car was making a weird noise. Got the parts in straight away and my car was ready the same day. They even gave it a complimentary clean. Offered me a car to borrow if I needed it. Could not ask for better service and excellent value. Really great payment options too – Humm or Afterpay available.
